Pocket Rocketz

Featured in Time Out Sydney, Good Food and the Sydney Morning Herald, this is Sydney's highest rated Indian-inspired viral food truck wowing with incredibly fresh and unique food like infamous Chicken or Paneer Tikka Naan Tacos, loaded Butter Chicken fries to house-made ICED 11 spice masala chai and so much more. They cater for all dietaries such as vegan/gluten free and dairy free.

Puff Palace Souffle

Straight from Gregory Hills, this crowd-favourite food truck is famous for its Japanese-style soufflé pancakes that are tall, fluffy and seriously jiggly. Think cloud-like, melt-in-your-mouth goodness — not your average pancake stack.

Delish Açai

Delish Açai will be serving their handcrafted, traditional thick-blended organic açai bowls.
Their açai is blended with banana and coconut water for a smooth, creamy texture and topped with fresh fruit, crunchy granola and premium toppings. They have vegan and gluten-free options and are the perfect festival pick me up!
